The ITC Script competition is one of the best around for several reasons. First is the ease of entry. The rules for some competitions are so cumbersome that entry is nearly impossible. Second, the critique of the plays submitted is first rate, timely, detailed, and very insightful. It was a joy to have my play so completely understood. Third, the exposure you get for the work submitted, and any other plays, can be extremely valuable. Finally, the competition is open to so-called “controversial” plays, like mine, and is not afraid to pick them as one of the winners. Thanks to all responsible!
