BLURB (a short synopsis)
Ahmed, a young, black, Muslim high school teacher stands accused of drowning a racist, fellow teacher at a pool party. Was it for revenge, racism, or attempted rape? Was the perpetrator Jeff, a close friend; Jessica, the accused’s wife; or Ahmed? Detective Johnson, a black man, tries to answer those very questions.

YOUR BIOGRAPHY
I am an award-winning, published playwright. NYC’s International Theater Arts Institute (IATI) produced an equity showcase of The Treatment. My one-act, Henrietta, was produced at the Neil LaBute Festival. Gender Wars was produced Off Broadway at the Samuel Beckett Theater. Out of 70 plays, It’s All About Lorrie won Best Play at NYC’s 2016 Thespis Theater Festival.
