Tova: A Mass Extinction Play is a play that investigates our relationship with technology, our environment, and each other in the nigh-apocalypse. The play follows a friend group in the months leading up to a city-ending flood. One is creating a robot, Tova, to survive the disaster. The creation of Tova perturbs the friends as water and tensions rise.

Madeline Elaine Miller is a playwright, lighting designer, and theater maker with a passion for stories that connect us to challenging and important subject matter. They are especially interested in eco-drama. They are currently studying Lighting Design and Environmental and Sustainability Studies at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.

b)  I agree that once I access this submission, it will remain unavailable to other judges until I remit my evaluation, for which I will be paid.
