BLURB (a short synopsis)
Elmer Bailey, owner of a St. Paul speakeasy, is trying to get through the last night of Prohibition. Instead, he has to contend with a reporter eager for a story; an old acquaintance and his girlfriend who suddenly show up in St. Paul; a gangster who feels that Elmer owes him; and a Vice cop who starts to poke around.
