DESCRIPTIONS of CHARACTER'S FEATURED in your Script
Arianna - Young, Addict. Should be clear that they’re not making their own decisions in life yet. Can be played by any gender, but was originally played by a female.
Tori - Mom character; is very harsh and firm. Can be played by an older female, however, due to the anti-realistic nature of this piece, has always been played by a younger female.
Allen - The best friend role. Can be played by any gender, but is written as someone who’s soft until pushed to a breaking point.
MJ - Can be played by any gender, but preferably male. This character only cares about themselves and is one of the bad guys.
Two Dancers - As this was an anti-realistic piece, the dancers have been used differently in each production. In the latest production, they were used in shadow play, but ultimately represent the drug of choice for Ariana.
