BLURB (a short synopsis)
Planet Joey is a full-length drama that opens during the summer of 1985 in Mars, PA. Joey is an eleven-year-old tomboy and fanatical member of the Star Wars Fan Club. Her deepest desire is to become an astronaut and walk on the moon. Joey is forced to grapple with the limitations of her ambitious dreams when her world explodes.

DANA TRUPA is a multi-hyphenated artist with an MFA in Creative Writing from Randolph College. Her work has appeared in online literary and scholarly journals, and performed on the New York stage. She is currently working on a full-length poetry manuscript and a play, Planet Joey. Her work explores class, the folklore of women, and the legacy of trauma.

a)  This play or musical script and attachments I am about to access cannot be copied or reused in any way, and these are only for the purpose of reading and evaluating them to submit a review to the competition management.
b)  I agree that once I access this submission, it will remain unavailable to other judges until I remit my evaluation, for which I will be paid.

Also, after you click Request Files input fields will appear that you can use to a send your review, evaluation and advice on how to improve the script.
